One specification, written per site
Each location gets its own scope of works and frequency table, drawn from a single master specification. That is what makes an audit meaningful — the cleaner, the manager and you are all measured against the same document.
Local labour, central control
Cleaning is a local labour business. We recruit in the town the site sits in, vet to the standard the sector requires, and manage the contract centrally so you are never chasing five regional offices for one answer.
Mobilisation that does not drop service
A dated mobilisation plan covers recruitment, TUPE consultation, DBS or site clearance, equipment placement, key-holding and the first audit. Handover happens on a fixed date with the incumbent still running until it.
Reporting you can take to finance
Consolidated invoicing with a cost line per site, plus audit scores and remedial logs. Budget holders see where the money goes and facilities sees where the standard slipped.
Mobilisation timetable
A typical four-week mobilisation for an estate of three to twenty sites. Larger estates are staged in regional waves so no location is left without cover.

National cleaning contracts: common questions
How many sites do you need before a national contract makes sense?
From around three sites. Below that, separate local contracts are usually cheaper. Above it, the savings come from one specification, one audit regime and one invoice rather than from the cleaning rate itself.
Do you use directly employed cleaners or subcontractors?
Operatives are recruited to each site and employed under the contract, with named cover for absence. We do not hand a site to an unvetted third party and we tell you in writing who is responsible for each location.
How does TUPE work when we move an incumbent contract to you?
If an existing cleaning team is assigned to your sites, TUPE almost always applies. We run the consultation, collect employee liability information within the statutory window and transfer terms across. Nothing changes on the ground until the transfer date.
How do you keep standards consistent across sites?
Every site is scored against the same written specification on a fixed audit cycle. Scores, photographs and remedial actions are reported centrally, so an underperforming site is visible to you before it becomes a complaint.
Can you cover sites outside your existing coverage?
Yes. We mobilise into new towns for contracted work — recruitment, vetting and equipment are part of the mobilisation plan agreed before the start date.
What does a national cleaning proposal include?
A site-by-site scope of works, frequencies, hours, consumables position, TUPE position, mobilisation timetable, audit and reporting regime, and a price per site with a consolidated total.
